Into the unknown

When I first took in the album.  I found a kind of release that I could do more into allowing life to flow through and around me.  I am working around disability and making a rift in time! Lol

Torche - - WTH my nickname inMesa AZ

I cannot put my finger on what this band has been doing for me is strong. I love the way the distorted guitar gets you drawn into this subterfuged vocals that just pentatrates all your head space.  Definitely give 'Torche' a listen.

I am back!

Back to fulfill my blogging dreams and also catch up on everything that makes my world go round. I think that if I could just become more active in the reality of the scene we attempt to create I would have plenty of content.

Morning Jazz

Just what the doctor ordered. I am waking to sounds of a little bit of paradise. I grew up on this kind of music. I love the really old stuff that makes you just relax and feel every little note. Some of my favorites, Nat King Cole, Billie Holiday, Miles Davis. I really like the sound of it. Plus if you think about it all Rock and roll came from Jazz and blues! Good morning and grab that coffee!
If you listen to this album it is like being out to sea for ten thousand days. That would be hell of a cruise. I could see that most of the drama could happen with the same people for that long. It is a trip how tool makes you think about what it is that they are painting for you with their words. Loved this band since I heard 'Opiate'! One of the better versed bands out there. Keep ROCKING TOOLBAND!

Morning Meditations

Thinking of all the things I have on my plate right now and feeling that it is all good. I like to wake up to meditation music helps to clear yesterdays garbage. When I find the peace that is when I start my day. Sometimes just letting your mind wander is the best to figure out where you have to change things up. Think it and be it!

Was having fun!

I had my site up for a bit. Right now I have my DNS pointing back to my blog site. I am ok but I think that all the phantom users were too much for to handle. Listening to the Clash "London Calling". Needless to say will wait till I have more time on handling backend problems. OVER 4,000 users too much for one man! Rock ON!

Billie knows the way to go!

A little 311 for you! Yeah I have always been enthralled by Billie Holiday, she is iconic of the blues and jazz. I still do not know how to describe how her music makes me feel. I love to listen to Billie Holiday when I am stressed by life and love. Little anecdote I always thought she was white. Billie's voice is just so full of passion and her songs so sweet. If I had a time machine and could go back in time to meet anyone it would be Billie Holiday. Keep it blue Billie! Simply Enthralled

Listen to some suggestions.

I have some blues and jazz influence from a young age. I liked to blues artists like B.B. King and well as a jazz musician name Billy Holiday. If you do not know these people they are big numbers in music. I was saddened by B.B. King's death and the drama that ensued. Billy Holiday was a little beyond my day but none the less influential. Keep rocking in the free world.

A little evening time social D!

I have been enthralled by this band since my "little" nephew turned me on to them. I love Mike Ness' and his style hits home. Reminds me of growing up and the pains and trials I had to go through. I am have since grew up a little bit...lol...but still like to reminisce. I think I should try to see them in concert too. I would dig a show.

Some tool band --- SHARPEN -- the tool

I have listen to tool since my early days in high school. I really came to love their work. I feel like their new stuff blows away the dust of getting old. Needless to say seen them mature in their art. I used to love to ride waves after a good drive to Newport beach and some tool on the radio. It is almost like the music is now a part of them. I still need to find my voice...my melody that moves me along. PEACE.

Laying some tracks.

Downloaded audacity and finding it pretty easy to work with. Got a cool spot at looperman.com to download loops. Still just toying with the site. Looking forward to putting some more down. You can find them over under my profile. I hope you find some of this useful. PEACE

WAR DOGS -- Heard it is based on a true story.

Yeah that movie was the shit. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I heard that it is based on a true story although I do not know. It was really well written and made me feel some exhilaration during the viewing. It would be a must see if you like thrill movies. Much better than the Nicholas Cage movie. Enjoy!

The line ~~ VoLcOm band

I had the pleasure once of meeting a up and coming star from the Volcom Stone band 'the line'. Rich Kaiser the bassist from the line was a cool cat. I meet Rich at 5150 snowboards which was a daughter company to my fathers Thermal Structures Inc. I really did not talk to him much although kind of stumbled on to who he was which was strange although cool. I had a good time working at that company and wish I would have been more open to others at the time. Come on I was a punk only wanted my friends and that was it. I have since learned to love everyone with a kind heart. Not too tough of a lesson.
